Three candidates have made it on to the long-list to be the next Labour parliamentary candidate for the High Peak.
They are Claire Vibert, Jon Pearce, and Anna-Joy Rickard.
As the long-list is three candidates, a decision has been taken that there is no need to reduce the list further and it becomes the shortlist.
Labour members across the High Peak will have the chance to meet the three candidates - none of which are understood to live in the High Peak.
A 'Meet the Members' event will take place on Sunday 20 November and be followed on Sunday 4 December with an in-person hustings event.
Members of High Peak Labour should have received an email with details and information about voting arrangements.
Whoever wins the nomination will be looking to regain the seat that was won by Conservative Robert Largan at the last election in 2019 with a 590 majority.
