Easter bonanza benefits Haywill

An Easter fun day to raise funds for a Glossop animal sanctuary is being hailed a great success.

Haywill Animal Rescue and Therapy Centre held a dog show at the Etherow Centre in Broadbottom on Easter Monday.

Dogs won various prizes, including waggiest tail, saddest face and best rescue.

The judge for the Dog Show was local Paralympian Hazel Chaisty, who is a long-time supporter of Haywill.

£280 has been raised to benefit Haywill Animal Sanctuary.

There was also an Easter Egg hunt and various stalls.
