Glossop police are appealing to the public to help identify two people who may have important information about an assault in the town.
It follows an incident that took place at 3.30am on Sunday 12 March in the Norfolk Pizza takeaway in Norfolk Street, which saw a woman left with swelling after being punched in the face.
Officers are keen to speak to the two people seen in CCTV images who may have information that could help the investigation.
Anyone who witnessed what happened or can identify the two people is asked to contact police, quoting reference number 23*151620, through the police website, social media channels or by calling 101.
Contact can also be made anonymously through the independent charity CrimeStoppers, on 0800 555 111, or by visiting the CrimeStoppers website.
