Residents invited to take part in gardening activities

Local residents are invited to take part in bulb planting across Old Glossop on Saturday 21st October - to give a burst of colour in spring and summer for many years ahead.

Organised by Old Glossop Residents Association (OGRA), anyone interested should meet at the Parish Church opposite the Old Cross, Church Street South, at 9.30am. OGRA will provide some long-handled bulb planters, but participants are asked to bring along a bulb planter if they have one and to wear suitable clothing and footwear. The church will be open for free refreshments and use of the toilets.
