The plans are available to view on the council’s website www.highpeak.gov.uk

House extension refused

Plans for a two-storey rear extension and double height to the front porch at 2 Hawthorn Bank in Hadfield have been rejected by High Peak Borough Council planning officers.

The proposals were turned down due as the siting and materials of the proposed front extension would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and wider street scene.
