Police hunt two men after man attacked and robbed in Oldham

Police are hunting two men after a 64-year-old man was attacked from behind and had his mobile phone and bank cards stolen in Oldham.

Officers were called to reports of a robbery on Little Bank Street, at around 9pm on Tuesday 6 December.

The 64-year-old sustained a head injury and was knocked unconscious, before his personal property - including his phone and bank cards - was taken.

Police have released an image of two men who they believe may be able to assist with enquiries.

Anyone with information about the identity of these men - or any information that could aid the investigation – should contact DS Matthew Adshead on 0161 856 4521.

Alternatively you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
