Police to hold live chat to answer questions about abuse

People who have questions about domestic abuse can get answers in the latest online session held by Derbyshire Police.

On Wednesday evening (14 July) from 8pm to 9pm, a team of detectives and partners from The Elm Foundation will be online to answer questions about abuse.

It's an opportunity to ask something about domestic abuse, controlling and coercive behaviour, stalking or harassment in a safe space.

Questions can be asked anonymously and replied to privately where needed.

To join, go to https://www.sli.do/ and use event code #YouAreNotAlone.

People who cannot make the session can contact the force in the meantime using one of the following channels:
• Facebook – send a private message to /DerbyshireConstabulary
• Twitter – direct message the contact centre on @DerPolContact
• Website – complete the online contact form https://bit.ly/3wX8Fr3.
• Phone – call 101.
