High Peak mayor is holding a charity quiz night

The Mayor of the High Peak will be having a charity quiz night at a Glossop pub to raise money for three worthy causes.

Councillor Paul Hardy has organised the event on Tuesday 17 August at 8pm at The Beehive on Hague Street.

It's £3 per person, which includes supper. Teams of four can take part.

Proceeds raised will go to Glossop Mountain Rescue Team, Partington Players Theatre in Glossop and The Thomas Theyer Foundation.
