The Mayor and Mayoress of The High Peak, Cllr Paul Hardy and Mrs Mary Hardy, held their civic dinner at Glossop and District Golf Club last Saturday.

The dinner was attended by civic dignitaries from around Derbyshire and local businesses and friends who have supported the Mayor throughout his term.

Paul would like to give a special thank you to Wioletta and Jo from the golf club for the perfect service and presentation, to Sandra’s Florist for providing the beautiful table decorations and to Steve Kenny for the entertainment on the evening.

Also £500 was raised for the Ukrainian Refugee Appeal from a closed raffle for a Manchester United signed football provided by Cllr Stewart Gardner.
