The next phase of the development at the former Charlestown Works in Glossop is looking to create a further 24 flats with car parking.
In the original proposals, it was expected that offices would be created on the site at Charlestown.
Due to the current economic climate and more people working from home, the offices are viewed by the developer as being no longer viable and instead they want to build residential accommodation instead.
The plans are to build two blocks, consisting of nine one-bed apartments in Block 1 and 15 two bed apartments in Block 2 with 37 spaces for the two blocks.
The plans are available to view on the council's website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
