Mark Andrews and Dan Eyers

Mark has spent over thirty years in local radio and was part of the original team who started Bury Sound FM and The Revolution (now Greatest Hits Radio).

He’s also co-managed in the 90’s a number of “festive” local radio stations too.

Mark has been part of Tameside Radio since the stations launch in 2007 and now co-hosts #WeAreTameside at the Weekend on a Saturday with Dan Eyers, and on his own on a Sunday.

Known as the "banter boys" Mark has the difficult job of trying to keep Dan under control. Mark says ‘every Saturday it's a challenge which gives me a constant headache as you just don't know what he'll say next, so working solo on a Sunday is a welcome break!’.

The show also include an Outside Broadcast team who are out and about most weekends.

You can hear Mark Andrews on Tameside Radio every Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 1pm, with Dan Eyers joins him every Saturday, both shows can be heard between 9am and 1pm.
