Still time to view Chapel Camera Club's lockdown exhibition

There's still plenty of time to visit a unique photographic exhibition created by Chapel Camera Club.

Twenty Twenty and Beyond, being held at Buxton Museum and Art Gallery until Monday 2 May, features members’ experiences of lockdown.

The ‘Meet the Photographer Sessions’ on Saturday afternoon have been particularly popular, and since the exhibition launch the Camera Club has welcomed a number of new members.

It has been a very successful few months for the Club who held the popular Buxton Photo Challenge from the exhibition, while images on display won two photographic competitions - the Three Shires Competition and the High Peak Challenge.

Another of the pictures was also a winner for one of the Cub’s members in the Smithsonian Magazine’s annual photographic competition.

For more information about Chapel Camera Club, go to www.chapelcameraclub.org.uk.

They meet on a Wednesday evening from 7.30pm to 10pm from September to May at New Mills Golf Club. They have a varied programme for anyone interested in photography at all levels of expertise.
