A Glossop-based floristry business is to showcase its talents as it make its debut at the internationally famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Norris Floristry has been selected to exhibit at this year’s event, that runs from 24 to 28 May. It will bring together garden designers, plant specialists, florists, and nurseries to demonstrate cutting-edge garden designs and inspirational floral exhibits.

Norris Floristry’s Managing Director, Anja Norris, said: “I feel incredibly proud that our design for the Chelsea Flower show has been selected.

“As a professional floral designer this is a fantastic milestone in my career, and I’m really looking forward to showcasing our work alongside some the best floral design talent in the business.’

“The floral theme this year is the roots of life; a celebration of what we eat and breathe, and our exhibit will focus on reconnecting with nature through an unusual and visually spectacular tablescape.

“It’s going to be a huge and challenging design to build, so we’re giving everyone the ability to track our progress on our website and social media, right up to and during the show itself."

Over 150,000 visitors each year enjoy visiting the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show that is also televised on the BBC.

You can follow the progress of the Norris Floristry team as they work on their design on Facebook, Instagram and their website.

Norris Floristry is based in Glossop and it also has a design studio in Whaley Bridge, offering designer continental-style floristry, workshops, and events.
