Father and Son walk the West Highland Way for local charity

Father and son duo Calum and Richard Blyth are challenging themselves by walking the West Highland Way from Glasgow to Fort William.

The journey is 96 miles and the pair have decided to raise money for the mental health charity ‘Mind’ (Tameside, Glossop and Oldham). Richard commented: “Mental health is something that is close to both Calum and I and the driver behind us doing our weekly walks so it felt fitting to choose this local charity.”

Their journey began on 31st May and will finish in Fort William on Thursday.

So far, Calum and Richard have raised £1,520 for their chosen charity but are aiming to raise £2000.
