Some Stagecoach bus services to change on Saturdays

Passengers are being warned about the introduction of temporary Saturday timetables on some Stagecoach bus services, starting on 20 February.

The bus operator say the changes are necessary due to the current Covid-19 lockdown.

It's advising passengers to check the new times before travelling and say services may be affected if they normally run more frequently than every 30 minutes during the day.

The local services affected are:

  • 76 Oldham - Manchester
  • 201 Hyde/Hattersley - Manchester
  • 202/205 Hyde/Gee Cross - Manchester
  • 203 Manchester - Stockport via Reddish
  • 216 Ashton - Manchester
  • 219 Stalybridge/Ashton - Manchester
  • 330 Ashton - Stockport
  • 346 Ashton - Hyde
  • 347 Ashton - Haughton Green

Services on weekdays and Sundays are not changing.

Of course, only essential travel is currently permitted due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and journeys should only be made if they are absolutely necessary.
