Mossley run for charity

You can put your best foot forward while raising funds for charity.

The Mossley 5K charity run for CRIBS International takes place on Sunday, May 17, taking in trails and paths in and around Egmont Park in Mossley.

The 5K is perfect for all abilities - experienced runners can challenge themselves on the inclines, while beginners can enjoy the scenery that this lesser visited area of the park offers.

All of the profits will go to CRIBS International, a UK registered charity providing homes in Greece for pregnant refugee women and families with new babies.

CRIBS rents, furnishes and pays the bills for apartments so that women and their families are able to have a place to call their own and a quiet space to recover.

Places on the run are limited to 100 so participants need to book in plenty of time. It is a family-friendly event, open to all ages.

Visit Mossley 5K Charity run for CRIBS International on Facebook for more details.
