Meet the Tameside twins taking TikTok by storm

Ashton twins Hallie and Lennie have made millions smile online with their heartfelt TikTok videos.

The video creation platform has proven a huge hit in the digital world, going from strength to strength since its creation in 2016. Millions around the world take to post short clips of their day, aiming to entertain the population.

Family creators are extremely popular on this app, with feeds being flooded with videos of children and parents galore.

So, when Millie Hardman recorded her twins Hallie and Lennie smiling at each other one day, she knew she wanted to share this happiness with more of the world.

“I was just videoing them one day and it was the first time they smiled at each other. I was so glad that I caught it on camera, so I thought I’d post it online.

“I did not expect it to get so many views and likes, and I definitely did not expect all of the followers,” she said.

Their first video reached an amazing 40,000 people on TikTok and collated thousands of likes. Following this, another video of the beautiful twins sharing the love was viewed by 2.2 million people and received 57,000 likes.

Comments were left from all around the world, with so many people saying how happy the video had made them.

Born at 31 weeks, the twins have continued to amaze everyone in their lives and are now able to connect with people across the globe.

The mini influencers love to be in front of the camera and can often be seen posing for their joint Instagram account, @itshallieandlennie.

Arriving in the digital age, Hallie and Lennie have already brought joy to so many peoples lives and will undoubtedly continue to do this as they grow up.
