In a bid to raise funds for the Running Bee Foundation, I've decided to join the mad bunch at Daddies Escape Running Club for a 50 mile challenge from Denton to Blackpool on December 7.
I'll be leading the way on a bike and providing encouragement while they plod along in agony!!
A number of runners from Daddies Escape completed a 40 mile run from Denton to Liverpool in August and have so far raised £775 towards a £1000 target.
I've been inspired by their efforts and thought I'd do my bit to help them across the finish line in December - let's hope the weather isn't too bad!
