Come Dine With Me is looking for local contestants

Have you been working on your cooking skills throughout lockdown? Do you think you have what it takes to be the perfect host and chef to win £1,000?

The hit Channel 4 show Come Dine with Me is back and is looking for contestants in Greater Manchester to compete in the new season.

The filming dates for the show is 28 June – 2 July and participants must be 18 or over, not be working or trained as a professional chef and living in Greater Manchester, which includes Tameside and Oldham.

Casting Producers, Sasha Risner, stated: "Following the success of previous episodes in Manchester we are back looking for hosts to create the recipe for success. We are looking for keen cooks with bags of energy and who are up for the challenge of winning £1,000!" 

Due to Covid-19, this series will be filmed differently - in a centralised house which will host the social dinner parties.
