Colts catapulted into top four

The Belle Vue Colts have catapulted themselves back into the National League top four after a stunning 42-48 win at Stoke, leaving them just three points adrift of the league leaders.

There was a sense of confidence about the Cool Running Colts in the build-up to their local derby as they targeted more than just minimum points from what could be a crucial away win.

It sets them up nicely for their upcoming home meeting against Cradley, whom they meet at the National Speedway Stadium this Thursday, which, again, will be another significant clash.
