Bradshaw builds Curzon squad

Curzon Ashton manager Mark Bradshaw has added to his squad with the signing of four more players.

Jack Banister joins the Nash having spent last season with FC United of Manchester. Prior to his time at Broadhurst Park, he helped Widnes gain promotion during the 2017/18 season.

Meanwhile, the club has also signed Liam Davies, Callum Saunders and Kallum Mantack.

Mantack, a winger, joins the club having most recently been at Ashton United. Mantack started his career at Oldham Athletic before spending a period on loan with Stockport County. However, his stint with the Hatters ended in disappointment after suffering a serious injury. He scored three goals in 15 appearances for the Robins last season.

Saunders and Davies join from Nantwich Town and Southport respectively.

Saunders was a product of the Crew Alexandra system, alongside Curzon's James Baillie, where he made his league debut before moving on to Notts County. During his spell in League football he made 30 senior appearances.

Davies, meanwhile, is an all-action midfield player. He graduated from the Tranmere Rovers Academy and has subseuently spent time with fellow National League North sides, Chester and Southport.
