WATCH: Cannon Burrows teacher has pupils fighting fit from home

Pupils from Cannon Burrows Church of England Primary School, Ashton, are fighting fit thanks to the efforts of teachers and social media.

In a bid to keep pupils fit and active during the Coronavirus lockdown, the school is uploading a Stay at Home Challenge every day.

Wednesday's instalment was coordinated by teacher Miss Howard and challenged pupils to see how many 'keepie uppies' they could do with a tennis ball and frying pan.

The video is one of many initiatives being run by schools across the country to engage pupils during what could be a prolonged period away from the classroom.

If you know a school or individual taking part in their own challenge, give our Head of Sport Mark Philip a message on Twitter: @Mark_P_Reporter, or email him: mark.philip@questmedianetwork.co.uk
