New date announced for cup tie between Ashton United and Stalybridge Celtic

There have been a number of new fixture dates announced for the first round of the Integro League Cup.

Ashton United and Stalybridge's Integro League Cup first round fixture at Hurst Cross has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 12 (19:45).

The tie was originally meant to take place in September but clashed as both teams were involved in the Emirates FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round.

The Northern Premier League gave participating clubs the chance to reschedule their Integro League Cup fixtures to a later date.

Glossop North End have also had their tie rescheduled. They will take on FC United of Manchester on Tuesday, 19 November. (19:45).

Mossley and Droylsden played their first round of fixtures in September. Mossley won 1-0 away at City of Liverpool thanks to a goal from Jes Uchegbulam. The pacy winger is currently on an indefinite trial at Sheffield Wednesday, appearing for their U23 side but is also featuring for Mossley.

Droylsden however didn't progress as they conceded four first-half goals away at The Neuven Stadium against Radcliffe. Centre-half Andy Langford was adjudged to have handed the ball on the line and received a straight red card inside the first minute of play. Tyrese Sinclair scored the resultant penalty with a goal from Tom Brown and a brace from Danny Mitchley sealing the win for Radcliffe.
