Oldham residents are continuing to be urged to get regularly tested for Covid-19 amid rising infection rates in the borough.
There was a rise of 32 per cent in cases in Oldham over the week ending 24 June, while the infection rate is now 295.2 cases per 100,000 people.
The borough recorded 700 positive Covid-19 tests over the seven-day period, 169 more than the previous week.
Oldham Council is recommending that everyone gets a rapid lateral flow test at least twice a week to "help reduce the spread of Covid-19 and to keep those around us safe".
People without any Covid symptoms can get tested by visiting the pop-up centres at Unit 61 in Spindles or in the lower ground car park at Tesco Extra on Huddersfield Road.
Alternatively, residents can get tested at a number of pharmacies across Oldham, collect home testing kits from any Oldham library or The Link Centre, or order home testing kits online.

Meanwhile, Oldham residents who are yet to receive a first dose of coronavirus vaccine are being encouraged to pop in at walk-in clinics at the Dinwoodie Centre at The Royal Oldham Hospital in the coming days.
