There are further opportunities this weekend for Glossopdale residents to get a Covid-19 jab. 

There are walk-in clinics at Unit 2-3 on Glossop Brook Road on Saturday (11 December) from midday to 5pm and Sunday (12 December) from midday to 4pm. 

Glossop Health Team say they can hold the clinics because they have been able to secure more vaccines and, although they are able to accept walk-ins, booking an appointment is advisable to prevent queues. If eligible, you can arrange an appointment by calling 07512 998955 or 07596 474178. 

People who are eligible are: 

• Booster dose: If you are aged 30 or over and it has been three months since your second dose 
• Second dose: If it has been eight weeks since your first dose (or 12 weeks if you are aged between 12 and 16) 
• First dose: If you are aged 12 or over
