Virtual info session for potential foster carers

An online information event is being held for people interested in becoming a foster carer.

Derbyshire County Council have turned to Facebook instead of their usual information events due to Covid.

Anyone who has a spare room and could offer a child a loving home can find out more on 12 July from 12pm to 1pm on the council’s fostering Facebook page.

Foster carers can offer short or long-term homes, full training, and support, is provided.

Information is also available by emailing fostering@derbyshire.gov.uk or calling 0800 083 77 44.
