Two cars stolen during burglary in Hadfield

Police are investigating after two Ford cars were stolen during the burglary of a house in Hadfield.

Between 9.30pm on Monday evening (16 August) and 7.30am the following day, burglars broke into the house on Pear Tree Close.

They stole a Ford Fiesta and a Ford S-Max, both white in colour, from the driveway of the home as the owners slept upstairs.

The Fiesta was found the following day in the Hyde area of Tameside, however, the S-Max - the registration for which begins MA69 - has not yet been recovered.
