Try Tai Chi to support Chapel hospice

Tai Chi classes have already raised more than £5,000 for Blythe House Hospicecare.

Colin Hughes has raised an amazing £5,639.50 towards care and services at the Chapel-based hospice since 2017 by hosting the classes at Spring Bank Arts Centre in New Mills.

Colin has recently started up a new programme of events at the centre.

These are Tai Chi on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings, and Meditation with Qigong on Monday evenings.

There is a requested donation of £5 per class, with all proceeds shared equally between Blythe House, Water Aid and Spring Bank Arts Centre.
