Latest plans submitted to High Peak Borough Council

An application to demolish unit 9 at Dinting Lane Industrial Estate, in Dinting, has been submitted to planners.

The proposal is for four new units to be created at the front of the site that would be connected to the unit behind.

The plan also includes vehicular accesses directly onto the estate road.

Meanwhile, plans for a holiday lodge complex to be built on the outskirts of Glossop have been put forward to High Peak Borough Council.

Unique Holiday Stays Ltd have submitted the proposals for 15 luxury tourist lodges to be installed on a 1.2-hectare site at The Stables, The Heath, Glossop.

A number of planning applications have been approved by the borough council, which include:

  • Replacement cladding on walls and roof, window and door alterations and additions and insertion of rooflights to units A and B, Glossop Brook Business Park, Surrey Street, Glossop.
  • First floor extension over garage, rear conservatory, and garage conversion at 26 The Croft, Hadfield.
