A donation of equipment from Glossop Mountain Rescue Team is among the aid that has been sent to the Polish/Ukrainian border.
The items of used kit from Glossop MRT have been transported to the border by volunteers supporting the Macclesfield Ukrainian Aid Collection Point.
So far it is estimated that the Macclesfield-based group have sent £175k worth of aid to the Ukraine, thanks to the wonderful efforts and generosity of the wider community.
