Police have launched an appeal after a white Volkswagen Golf was stolen in New Mills in the early hours of the morning.
It happened near Godward Road at around 4.13am on Monday (1 February), but police say it is thought that the burglar spent some time prowling the area beforehand.
Officers have released these two CCTV images and are asking if people recognise the person or the car involved.
It is understood that the stolen vehicle left the area in convoy with a dark or medium coloured small car, possibly a Nissan or Citroen.
