Broken slate allegedly thrown over garden fence in Hadfield

Police are appealing for witnesses after an item, believed to be a broken slate, was allegedly thrown over a garden fence in Hadfield. 

It happened sometime between 6.15pm and 6.20pm on Monday evening (23 August) on Crowden Drive. 

Glossop Police Safer Neighbourhood Team said the item was thrown 'for no apparent reason' from the public footpath running from Ehlinger Avenue towards Roughfields.

It's understood that nothing was damaged and nobody was hurt.
