Be a part of High Peak Business Club

High Peak Business Club is restarting its monthly breakfasts tomorrow (Friday), meeting at Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club from 7.30am.

The speaker will be Alison Ross, Operations Director of Manchester-based Auto Trader Group, who is an expert on digital marketing.

More details are on the website, www.highpeakbusinessclub.co.uk, where you can read blogs of previous meetings, and book and pay.

Anyone in business is welcome.

Group leader Edwina Currie Jones (pictured below) said: “We are thrilled to be getting back to meetings again, and with such a big name speaker. We look forward to a good attendance, a lively and interesting event, and to hearing from Alison.”

Future meetings will include talks on The End of Furlough with HR expert Graham Atkinson, The End of Brexit with consultant Graham Evans, and a look at the Autumn Budget with Ian Bingham FCA.

Edwina added: “We have a lot of fun at these breakfasts, we learn a lot from them.

“They’re especially popular with people who regularly work from home. We all need that human contact from time to time.”

There is also a Share Club which meets regularly for lunch, to swap ideas about ‘how to beat the stock market.’

It runs a virtual portfolio, so no real money is required, except to pay for a pub lunch.
