Award for inspiring Glossop headteacher

Grainne Beaumont.

Glossop head teacher Grainne Beaumont has been recognised for the support she has provided her staff with during the pandemic.

The head teacher of The Federation of All Saints and St. Margaret's - part of the St Ralph Sherwin Multi Academy Trust - has been presented with a PRIDE award in recognition of the respect and dedication she has shown.

The Trust’s PRIDE Awards based on five categories: Professionalism; Respect; Integrity; Dedication and Excellence are given to recognise the incredible efforts of staff, and any member of staff can nominate a colleague at any time.

Mrs Beaumont’s staff anonymously submitted feedback praising her respect for their overall wellbeing and wellness, as well as her dedication to ensuring that they have the necessary support available to enable them to continue to work safely and to the best of their ability.

Honoured to receive the award, Mrs Beaumont thanked her staff across both schools for their exceptional dedication over the last year.
