Parents of schoolchildren and childcare bubbles are now able to pick up coronavirus home testing kits from the car park at Glossopdale School.
Two packs, each containing seven tests, are available to collect from 9am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday.
The school is located on Newshaw Lane in Hadfield.
The kits are to test family members and members of any childcare bubbles.
They can also be ordered on the government's website at https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests.
The mobile testing unit from NHS Test and Trace has been secured by Derbyshire County Council.
It will be in place over the Easter weekend (3 and 4 April), as well as the subsequent two weekends (10/11 and 17/18 April).
Regular asymptomatic rapid lateral flow testing has been made available to help ensure that Covid-19 cases without symptoms are picked up, following the return of all pupils to all schools earlier this month.
All eligible residents are being encouraged to take up the rapid lateral flow Covid testing offer - to help reduce transmission, keep schools open and protect the community.
It is thought around one in three people with coronavirus experience no symptoms but they can still pass on the virus.
People who don't have children at school can still get a regular coronavirus test at the centres at New Mills Adult Education Centre on Spring Bank and at the Pavilion Gardens in Buxton.
Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms should book a test at https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test.
