Do you live in Glossopdale? Are you looking for ways to keep your children fit, active and healthy while they are off school? Look no further...
Glossop Military Fitness is now running live fitness sessions on Facebook three times a week, in a bid to keep youngsters healthy and active while they are at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
The sessions are free and led by Andy Cornner.
They are designed to be a fun session for kids to burn off some steam and to keep active, with some games, challenges and even special guests.
Parents are also welcome to join in to have a laugh and enjoy some light exercise - from the comfort of your own living room or back garden!
All you have to do is head to Glossop Military Fitness - Group Fitness and PT on Facebook, get it set up on a device, give yourselves plenty of space to move around and you're ready to go!
The sessions will take place at 1.30pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon and will last for around 30 minutes.
For more information, visit the Facebook page above.
The first session on Monday afternoon (March 23) went down well and has already had over 1,000 views.

In addition to this, for just £20 anyone can join up and have access to over 40 workouts a month - all live in the group.
Workouts will also be saved on the page so workers can do them at a time that suits.
