Hyde business still making special deliveries to local schools

Manager and owner of Gee Cross-based business On The Move Property Boutique, Annabelle Jardine-Jones, has delivered more computers to local schools as part of their 'Computers For School Kids Appeal'.

Almost £3,300 has been raised for the appeal which has been used to buy laptops for children who have been learning at home and who have needed the computer equipment.

Although lockdown is easing with schoolchildren returning to their educational establishments on March 8, the schools said they were hugely grateful to Annabelle and the laptops and tablets would be put to good use.

Annabelle, pictured above, also thanked everyone who has donated to the scheme for making it such a success.

The latest schools to receive devices are Discovery Academy, Godley Community Primary Academy, Hyde High School and Endeavour Academy.
