From short stories, to poems or journals, putting pen to paper can be great for our mental health. It can help us to off load, get a different perspective, express ourselves or just get the creative juices flowing.
Whether you are a seasoned writer or just curious, our writing workshop will help you try different ways to use writing for mental health and wellbeing.
Worried you won't know what to write or lack confidence? This session aims to show you that anyone can increase wellbeing through writing -
