Would you like to try mindfulness? Or have you attended a course and would like to keep practicing in a group?
Every other Monday we are offering an hours guided mindful meditation in friendly and relaxed group.
Mindfulness can help improve wellbeing and manage mental health problems by increasing awareness and helping you to become more present.
